Shipping Policy
We carefully pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your package is picked up by the shipping carrier, it is in their hands. Delivery timelines, delays, and handling are managed by the carrier, and we unfortunately do not have control over the package once it has shipped. If any issues arise in transit, the carrier will be the best resource for assistance.
Return Policy
We understand that not every purchase will be the perfect fit — returns or exchanges are sometimes necessary.
ALL RETURNS ARE FOR MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY.
All returns must be approved in advance by emailing us at info@theblvdboutik.com. Returns sent without prior approval will be refused.
If your item meets our return criteria, you will receive detailed return instructions by email.
Online Order Returns
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free.
- All original tags must be attached. Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with this policy may be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, placed inside an outer shipping box. Shoeboxes must be undamaged.
- Final Sale: Sale items, beauty products, intimates, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Final Sale: Holiday and seasonal themed merchandise (including items for Valentine’s Day, Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.) is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your order qualified for free shipping, our shipping cost will be deducted from your merchandise credit.
- Damages must be reported before wearing the item, with tags still attached.
In-Store Pickup Returns
Orders picked up in-store may be returned within 14 days from the purchase date for merchandise credit only.
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Returns must be brought back to the boutique during regular business hours.
- Final Sale: Sale items, beauty products, intimates, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Damaged items must be reported at the time of pickup or before wearing.
