Shipping & Handling
Thank you for shopping with The BLVD Boutik! We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the time your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (new arrival launches, sales, and holidays), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We appreciate your patience!
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
All orders ship via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery times are after processing and do not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. The BLVD Boutik is not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Insurance
All orders ship uninsured by default. If you would like to add insurance to your shipment, please email us at info@theblvdboutik.com or call 281-516-7996 before your order is processed and we will be happy to arrange this for you at an additional cost.
The BLVD Boutik is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once they have been handed off to USPS or UPS. If your package is lost or stolen, we encourage you to file a claim directly with the carrier and contact your local post office or UPS location.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS or UPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or ups.com. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@theblvdboutik.com.

To select in-store pickup, choose "No Shipping / In-Store Pickup" at checkout. This will remove the shipping cost from your order. Your order will be ready for pickup during our regular store hours:
- Monday-Wednesday, Friday & Saturday: 10 AM - 5 PM
- Thursday: 10 AM - 7 PM
- Sunday: Closed
You will receive a notification when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation email when you come to pick up.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The BLVD Boutik is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@theblvdboutik.com or 281-516-7996 and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
