We want you to love your purchase! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Return Policy at a Glance

  • Returns are accepted for merchandise credit only. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.

  • All returns must be initiated through our Returns Portal.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery for shipped orders or within 14 days of purchase for in-store pickup orders.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, odor-free, and have all original tags attached.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

All returns must be initiated through the portal before being shipped.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for merchandise credit, items must:

  • Be postmarked within 14 days of delivery (or within 14 days of purchase for in-store pickup orders).

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be free of perfume, smoke, pet odors, makeup, deodorant marks, or any other signs of wear.

  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, placed inside an outer shipping box. Shoeboxes returned damaged are not eligible for return.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Merchandise Credit

Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return for your merchandise credit to be issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your original order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost we paid to ship your order will be deducted from your merchandise credit.

Return Shipping

Return shipping labels are available for purchase through the Returns Portal.

If you purchased Redo Return Coverage with your original order, your return shipping label is included at no additional cost.

We recommend using only the shipping label provided through the Returns Portal. The BLVD Boutik is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, submit your claim through the Returns Portal within 3 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the damage and submit your claim before wearing the item and while all original tags remain attached.

Claims submitted after 3 days, after the item has been worn, or after tags have been removed cannot be accepted.

In-Store Pickup Orders

In-store pickup orders follow the same return guidelines.

  • Returns must be postmarked or returned to the boutique within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Items must meet all return eligibility requirements.

Final Sale

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale and clearance merchandise

  • Seasonal merchandise

  • Jewelry and accessories

  • Intimates and swimwear

  • Beauty and bath products

  • Shoes returned without their original undamaged shoebox
