Return Policy

We understand that not every purchase will be the perfect fit — returns or exchanges are sometimes necessary. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.

ALL RETURNS ARE FOR MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. All approved returns are issued as merchandise credit (store credit). We do not issue cash or card refunds.

All returns must be approved in advance. To begin your return, please visit our Return Request page or email us at info@theblvdboutik.com. Returns sent without prior approval will be refused.

If your item meets our return criteria, you will receive detailed return instructions by email.


Online Order Returns

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free.
  • All original tags must be attached. Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with this policy may be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox, placed inside an outer shipping box. Shoeboxes must be undamaged.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your order qualified for free shipping, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from your merchandise credit.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for your merchandise credit to be issued.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@theblvdboutik.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage within 3 days of delivery, before wearing the item and with all tags still attached. We will review your claim and make it right. Damage reported after wearing or with tags removed cannot be accepted.


In-Store Pickup Returns

Orders picked up in-store may be returned within 14 days from the purchase date for merchandise credit only.

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Returns must be brought back to our boutique in person during regular business hours.

  • Damaged items must be reported at the time of pickup or before wearing, with all tags attached.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after your return is received and reviewed for your merchandise credit to be issued.

Final Sale Items — Not Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • Sale and clearance items
  • Seasonal items (holiday, spring/summer, fall/winter seasonal collections)
  • Jewelry and accessories
  • Intimates and swimwear
  • Beauty and bath products
  • Shoes returned without the original undamaged shoebox

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as The BLVD Boutik is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
