We want you to love every purchase from The BLVD Boutik! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please read the instructions below carefully before submitting your return request.
ALL RETURNS ARE FOR MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
Before You Request a Return — Check That You Qualify
Please make sure your item meets all of the following criteria before submitting a return request:
- Your order was received within the last 14 days
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free
- All original tags are still attached
- The item is not a final sale item (see final sale list below)
- The item has not been damaged after delivery
If your item does not meet all of the above criteria, your return request will be denied and the item will be mailed back to you or subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Final Sale Items — Not Eligible for Return
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Sale and clearance items
- Seasonal items
- Jewelry and accessories
- Intimates and swimwear
- Beauty and bath products
- Shoes returned without the original undamaged shoebox
How to Submit a Return Request
Follow these steps to initiate your return:
Step 1 — Email us at info@theblvdboutik.com
Include the following in your email:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- A photo of the item if it arrived damaged or defective
Step 2 — Wait for approval
All returns must be approved in advance. Do not ship your item back until you have received approval and return instructions from us. Returns sent without prior approval will be refused and mailed back to you at your expense.
Step 3 — Ship your item back
Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions by email. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method — The BLVD Boutik is not responsible for return packages lost in transit
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- If your order qualified for free shipping, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from your merchandise credit
Step 4 — Receive your merchandise credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5–7 business days for your merchandise credit to be issued. You will be notified by email when your credit is ready.
In-Store Returns
Prefer to return in person? You are welcome to bring your return directly to our boutique during regular store hours. In-store returns must also meet all return criteria listed above and must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@theblvdboutik.com within 3 days of delivery, before wearing the item and with all tags still attached. Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will review your claim promptly and make it right.
